Born at the famous Island Maternity, Lagos on April 1, 1974, Mr. Adedeji attended Darocha Primary School and Dairy Farm Secondary School, both in Agege before his Tertiary Educations at the Lagos State Polytechnic and The Polytechnic Ibadan Oyo State for his HND (Banking & Finance). Professionally, he has an MBA (Finance) from the University of Technology, Akure and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria.
His Civil Service career commenced on March 1, 2000, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He later served in many other pioneering capacities. He is a pioneer staff of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (2000 – 2007) and Lagos State Pension Commission, where he led the team that cleansed employees’ data statewide for the Implementation Committee on effective take-off of the Contributory Pension Scheme. He also served as the pioneer Secretary of the Commission before proceeding to pioneer, with others, the Public Procurement Law and its eventual implementation in Lagos State. A General Duty Officer with enviable proficiency in Computer and multimedia approach to problem solving, presently heads the Procurement Unit of the Office of Finance.
